Purpose of the Job He/she is the main interlocutor with other Engineering and ISR functions (Technical Documentation, RAMS, Design Engineering, System architect, etc.) pursuing the objective of capturing all information that can influence the maintenance strategy. He/she shall influence the Design for integration of the maintainability constraints (DfS: Design for Serviceability), including the requirements for Predictive Maintenance (PHM: Prognostics & Health Management), and shall take care of all the aspects to support the Services Readiness in the design of the Equipment. Organisation Reporting Job will be based in ISR Italy or customer site where the maintenance is performed, or in Platform. Reports directly to: ISR LSA Manager Italy / Platform LSA Manager. Key accountabilities: Identify the performance allocation, in compliance with DFS target. Define maintenance plan and design of LSA elements (MTA, LCC, LORA, RCM). Define spare part allocation for first provision. Validation of support solution and associated maintenance documentation / training toolkit. Deliver QCD commitments in coordination with the ISR Management plan. Ensure technical interfaces with RS, Components, Signaling and Infra teams (RAMS Architect, mechanical, electrical & system architect, sourcing, LSA for equipment and from suppliers). Ensure that DFS is correctly applied on Sub System (Component Site). Ensure REX is collected and considered. Manage Definition of Logistic Breakdown Structure (LBS) in consistency with Design Engineering BOM definition. Elaborate maintenance plan. Elaborate LCC calculations and analysis. Manage relationship with sourcing for ISR requirement clauses linked to sourcing concern. Ensure LSA database is duly updated. Ensure compliance between Spare Part consumption model and maintenance strategy. Manage the calculation and the measurement on the field of Availability, Maintainability and LCC performance indicators, through maintenance data collection, elaboration and reporting. Generic Promote usage of standard ISR practice in compliance with international standard and/or Alstom central procedures / Methods & Tools. Capitalize data to improve QCD on future projects. Performance measurements Quality of LSA deliverables. Control of QCD target. Educational Requirements Mandatory: Engineering Degree or equivalent. Nice to have: LSA specialization. Experience Strong assets: 3 years of ISR experience in LSA Engineering. Experience in maintainability studies. Familiar with maintainability studies on Railways Equipment. Nice to have: Experience in maintenance execution. English level: good to fluent. Knowledge of the main ISR Elements applicable to Railways equipment (RAMS, LORA, RCM, LCC). Solid decision making and critical thinking. Self-motivated. Strong team player.
