Product Manager - Electronic Expansion Valves' Drivers

We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Specialist to join our Flow Control Platform team focused on Electronic Expansion Valves' Drivers. The Product Specialist will be responsible for collecting and managing market requirements, analyzing competitors' products, and contributing to defining the roadmap for new products. The Product Specialist will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of a product line-up and leverage continuous innovation to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance of the product. In this role, you will define priorities, coordinate actions across different areas of the organization, and manage strong communication with customers and the sales network. Being successful in this role requires excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work as part of a team. It requires a passion for creating best-in-class solutions and a strong vision for the product, as well as a high level of flexibility, proactivity, and time management skills. Requisiti: Two to three years in a similar position, preferably in the B2B electronics industry. Strong cross-functional teamwork attitude. Strong relationship and coordination ability with several departments of the company and customers are key skills on a daily work basis. Curious and passionate about electromechanical disciplines (STEM Degree is a plus). Conscious of how HVAC/R units will impact the environment. Highly motivated and able to show initiative and accountability within a dynamic work environment. An ability to find innovative approaches to problem-solving and to show initiative in overcoming challenges. Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal, including the ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations to audiences with diverse technical skill sets and backgrounds.
