About the opportunity:


1.Assist in organizing documents and data.

2.Prepare and submit support reports to projects.

3.Prepare and submit Delivery Orders as needed.

4.Prepare and submit Request for Materials as needed.

5.Collaborate with communication between foreign members and Brazilian members of the team and from other areas of the company.


  • This position is based in ZTE's Rio de Janeiro office (Barra da Tijuca), on-site model


Requirements:


Professional/Advanced English level;

Be an undergraduate in Administration, International Relations, Public Relations, Economics, Engineering, or related areas - 1.5 year or more to graduate;

Advanced Excel is desired;

Able to work from 9h to 16h (Barra da Tijuca).
