Job Description

A career as a Senior Manager, Information Security Portfolio and Strategy means playing an advisory and influential role to optimize portfolio management and prioritize the bank’s information security initiatives in alignment with best practices. It also means contributing to the strategic vision, defining new approaches, and optimally managing information security projects. Additionally, you will contribute to the bank’s transformation in capacity management and execution performance. Your job Develop and implement strategic planning and cross-functional vision for information security initiatives Coordinate, prioritize, and manage the interdependencies of various initiatives across different information security teams and departments Monitor, measure, and communicate the health status of the information security portfolio Manage the budget for the information security project portfolio and provide recommendations to various decision-making bodies. Ensure communication and appropriate change management with stakeholders on safety priorities and progress Optimize the use of portfolio resources to achieve sector objectives, in line with the bank’s key priorities Represent the information security sector in bank-wide portfolio governance forums Consolidate and harmonize all security strategies within the sector into a unified and understandable framework Establish a common practice within the team, encompassing communication and change management activities. Your team The IT and Operations sector is made up of more than 5,500 experts who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve processes. Within the Enterprise Architecture and Information Security sector, you will be part of a large team of about forty colleagues and report to the Chief Director of the Information Security Office. Prerequisites Completed bachelor’s degree related to the field, and ten years of relevant experience, or completed master’s degree related to the field, and eight years of relevant experience Experience in portfolio implementation. Experience in team management. Knowledge of information security is an asset Ability to simplify issues, risks, and business objectives Ability to understand the business realities of the sectors involved Influential leadership with a highly developed political sense Ability to rally stakeholders towards common goals Cooperate effectively, be accountable, and be part of the solution.
