Gas Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join the maintenance team within a leading contractor on social housing contracts. This is a permanent vacancy, offering £30,000 - £40,000, van + fuel card supplied, various discounts, schemes and bonuses, uniform and mobile phone provided, along with a full in-depth induction process.

The Gas Engineer role is:

• Birmingham based
• £32,000 to £40,000, dependant on skill set and qualifications
• Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, overtime available

The successful Gas Engineer will be expected to carry out:

• Service and maintenance works on variety of domestic properties
• Re-hanging radiators and blowtorch handling
• Work in accordance with Health & Safety and Gas Safety Regulations, ensuring Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records are adhered to during your daily work
• Works on Social Housing contracts

We are keen on speaking to any Gas Engineers who hold ANY of the following:

• Full domestic ACS - CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
• Out of Hours evening and weekend cover on a rota basis is required
• Full and clean UK Driving License
• Knowledge of plumbing (Basic knowledge)
