Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Job Description

Job Duties:

• Deliver comprehensive training programmes to HGV drivers
• Design and develop training materials and resources
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of driver performance
• Provide feedback and coaching to drivers to improve their skills
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practises

Required Qualifications:

• Valid HGV driving licence
• Proven experience as an HGV driver
• Previous experience in delivering training programmes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HGV driving and training

Knowledge and Skills:

• Thorough understanding of HGV regulations and safety standards
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and training software

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPC qualification
• Experience in the FMCG industry

Working Conditions:

• Working hours may vary and include weekend, nights or evenings
• Exposure to outdoor environments and vehicle workshops
