Role + Responsibilities
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, plan business process mapping and functional design.
Work closely with colleagues on all aspects of the end-to-end implementation cycle.
Provide support to the development team, helping with configurations.
Influence and involvement in UAT.
Delivery system training to key users.Skills + Qualifications
End-to-end experience in D365 CRM implementations
Expertise in requirement gathering, process analysis, functional design, testing and training.
Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE in particular Sales + Customer Service modules.
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder and client engagement skills. Benefits
