Job Description
Contracts Manager - Social Housing Maintenance
South West
Resourcing Group is working with a maintenance contractor based in the South West who are mobilising a new contract. They specialise in carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive repairs and maintenance, working specifically with in the public sector, providing their services to both Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
This role is available due to expansion and we are in need of an experienced Contracts Manager with previous social housing maintenance experience, managing multi million pound contracts in multiple locations, with support from your direct line manager and an existing team of direct labour. The role will also see the newly appointed person involved in the increasing of head count, hiring additional labour to join the team as soon as possible to ensure that the contract is deliverable on time and with in budget.
The company offers security, demonstrated by many of their directly employed staff having worked for the organisation for in excess of a decade each.
