Job Description
Our client, a reputable service provider within their field, is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join their dynamic team in Crawley. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and sales team to drive business growth and strategic decision-making.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Business Analyst will play a critical role in strategic planning to enhance company performance. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with an analytical mindset and a background in cargo or freight.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the sales team to draft contracts and agreements once a sale is confirmed, ensuring accuracy before sending to the customer for finalisation.
Evaluate current spending and profitability, advising the CEO on beneficial relationships and providing insights on market trends to optimise resources.
Monitor competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Handle general inquiries and redirect them to the sales team as needed.
Transform data into graphs, charts & reports for better understanding.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the cargo/freight industry is essential.
Analytical mindset with a talent for data interpretation and strategic planning.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage contracts and agreements accurately.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal reporting.
The Package:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
£25,000 - £35,000pa DOE.
22 days holiday + bank holidays
