Location: Kent – Covering Kent, Sussex & Surrey
Project Based/Office, with flexibility for occasional remote working
We are looking for an experienced and talented Assistant Building Services Manager to assist the Building Services Team with technical, QA, and coordination of MEP elements on all contracts allocated within the Southern Home Counties Business unit. This position is project-based, with flexibility for occasional remote working.

About the role:
You will be working within our clients' Construction London & Home Counties business, where you will:
MEP, M&E, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, HNC, HND or Degree Qualified or relevant site experience.
A good, current knowledge base of all MEP building and infrastructure services.
Proven and demonstrable track record of project delivery and client satisfaction in both technical and some commercial aspects.
Experience of major projects within a variety of business sectors (typically Industrial Process, Manufacturing, Power Generation, Aviation, Education, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical) would be advantageous.
Familiarity with assurance processes, codes of practice, standards, and relevant sections of statutory documentation.
Ideally, you will have:
Experience in the main contracting market with the desire to engage with project teams to develop commercial awareness, DFE & D&B experience.
