Job Description
Amplifi Talent is delighted to be working with a rapidly expanding MedTech business in Midlothian. They are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the team, supporting their CFO through the period of rapid growth.
Joining a business at this stage, you will have a chance to put your stamp on processes, so ideally you will be someone who loves looking at current processes and improving them.
Responsibilities:
* Processing and reconciling invoices and payments
* Managing the credit control processes
* Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring
* Preparing financial reports and statements
* Assisting with payroll and employee expense reporting
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Performing other financial duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software, Xero would be beneficial but not essential
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
