Your Role As a Class Teacher you will:
Deliver lessons that are dynamic and engaging, sparking curiosity and a passion for learning
Guide students in becoming proactive leaders in their own learning journeys, emphasizing mastery, reasoning, and calculated risk-taking
Collaborate with a skilled team to support Belmonts vision of empowering each pupil to reach their highest potential
Create an inclusive and respectful classroom where every student feels valued and motivated
Contribute to a culture that builds partnerships with local, national, and international educational communities, strengthening our mission of being "Stronger Together."

Knowledge & Understanding
To meet the requirements of the National Standards for Qualified Teacher Status
To have up to date knowledge of the National Curriculum, including the teaching of Phonics and the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum
To take responsibility for implementing school policies and procedures, including those relating to Equal Opportunities and Safeguarding
