Job Title: Account Manager (European Region)
Location: Remote (Europe)
Sector: Power Generation / Control Systems
Salary: circa £60,000 per annum+ Bonus

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Account Manager - Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Cycle Management: Own the full life cycle of the sales process, from lead generation through to closing, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals

- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with clients across Europe, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our client's cutting-edge technology

- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with a team of expert engineers to deliver client-focused solutions and technical insights that differentiate the company's offerings

- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the European power generation sector, expanding the client base and driving revenue growth

- Frequent Travel: Travel across Europe to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company in a professional and engaging manner

Account Manager - You:

- Industry Expertise: Experience in the power generation sector, ideally with knowledge of control systems or related technologies

- Proven Sales Ability: Demonstrated success in business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a B2B environment

- Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and partners at all levels

- Tech-Savvy: Passion for emerging technology, with a keen interest in how new solutions can transform the power industry

- Self-Motivated & Adaptable: Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely, with the flexibility to travel frequently across Europe
