This is a great opportunity for an Electrical Shift Engineer looking to join a well renowned Building Service Provider in East London. Avoid the hassle of coming into Central London. This role will have you undergo PPM and Reactive maintenance on M&E equipment, react to emergencies, liaise with subcontractors and adhere to statutory compliance. This role will follow a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, (Days only, no nights) on a large commercial property.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in electrical engineering, (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) at least 3 years prior in commercial maintenance, a client facing attitude and the ability to work well in a team and individually.

Duties:

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• BMS Operation
• HVAC systems
• Generators
• UPS Systems
• VAV/VRFs
• Motor, Pumps
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
• Cooling Towers
• Pumps & Motors

Requirements:

• City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• At least 3 years experience prior in commercial maintenance
• Client facing attitude
