From the free survey of your property by one of our experienced Security Surveyor's, Arrest 24:7 will design a system around your individual requirements.

Service Engineer - The Role

The job role of a Service Engineer will be attending any Service Calls/Installations or a Planned Maintenance visits on the following:

Fire Alarms (Addressable & Convectional - Advanced, CTEC, Gent, SMS, Morley)
Intruder Alarm (Galaxy or Pyronix)
CCTV (IP & Analogue - HIK or Dahua)
Access Control System (Paxton & Videx)

Your normal days and hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm (Total 37.5hr Contract). You are entitled to a 30-minute paid lunch break and two 15-minute tea breaks (morning and afternoon)

In addition to your normal hours of work, should you need to work overtime you will be paid at Time & a Half Rate. Should you be required to attend a job prior to 8.30am and need to travel to the job then you will be paid at Normal Time rate for the time excluding the 1st 1/2hr of the journey.

Service Engineer (On Call)

You will be required to attend Out of Hours Emergency Calls which will involve you being on Call for the period of one week in 5 and this will commence on a Friday evening at 5pm through until the following Friday morning at 8.30am.

You will be paid an On Call Day Allowance of £30.00 Monday - Friday & £50.00 Saturday & Sunday as well as being paid Time & Half for the duration you are out the house. At present we are operating a 1 in 5-week Call Out Rota
