Quality Engineer - Operations

Our client based in Leighton Buzzard are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer within Operations to join their team, to qualify for this role you must have previous Quality Engineering experience, dealing with customer complaints. Root Analysis investigation methods to resolution. Leading a team - coaching and supporting. Possess excellent reporting experience within Quality Control, pride yourself with attention to detail, be reliable and hardworking. Very fast paced environment – spinning many plates.

Duties:

* Delivering Quality product support to their customers.

* Customer Complaint handling, ensuring a resolution.

* Leading a team.

* Root cause investigation methods.

* Review changes including new equipment approval.

* Support internal Audits.

* Producing reports when needed.

Someone ideally that has experience within Engineering and Production Businesses would be beneficial.
