Salary: Up to £62k + excellent package

• Are you a Sub Agent with experience in Demolition?
• Would you like to work for one of the leading Global Aviation and Engineering organisations with an exciting portfolio of work in the UK?

The work my client is carrying out at the UKs largest airport spans from airfield works (taxiways, runways, stands), to build and civil MEP packages (services, tunnels, lifts, life safety systems, fuel/fire mains). They are about to undertake a major civils and demolition project which requires a Sub Agent with a strong understanding of demolition.

Key skills and experience:

• Successful experience at a management engineering level in construction (on site) specifically in Demolition
• Degree Qualified
• Demonstrated application of growing commercial and contractual knowledge
• Experience of working in a cost-conscious environment
• Good people management experience
• Experience in managing subcontractors.
• Experience in stakeholders management (client)
• Relationship building with external parties is a critical requirement
• A highly capable construction problem solver
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at a variety of levels.
• Computer literacy advance
