About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join in a stand-alone capacity. The Finance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the company's financial management, as well as HR and H&S.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Management:
* Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly management accounts, annual budgets, and forecasts
* Manage the company's cash flow and ensure that all bills and invoices are paid on time
* Oversee the company's accounting function, including payroll, VAT returns, and corporation tax
* Prepare and submit financial information to external auditors
* HR:
* Manage the company's HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
* Ensure that the company complies with all employment law and HR best practices
* H&S:
* Develop and implement the company's H&S policy
* Conduct regular H&S audits and risk assessments
* Ensure that the company complies with all H&S legislation
Skills and Qualifications:
* AAT / CCAB or QBE qualified
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven experience in HR and H&S management
* Experience using Sage 50 and Sage Payroll
