Electrical generator engineer

The purpose of this role within the will be to prepare, install, operate & maintain Power Generation equipment on customer site locations to ensure an excellent level of customer experience is delivered to any

Responsibilities Include:

* Preparation of equipment to a ready for hire condition including any relevant cleaning, maintenance, inspection & testing.

* Attending customer site locations to perform maintenance, attend breakdown requests or any other associated customer requests.

* Maintaining equipment maintenance & inspection records.

* Identification & ordering of spare parts required to facilitate any repairs.

* Completion & submission of any equipment, contract related documentation.

* Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections of equipment prior to dispatch to our customer site locations.

* Additional Responsibilities mentioned below specific to skills biased of mechanical or electrical skills.

The role will involve:

* Installation & Commissioning of Power products to electrical regulations

* Alternator Configuration

* Generator synchronization

* Load testing of generators

* Fault diagnosis & resolution

* Electrical Repair

You must be:

* Flexible and self-motivated,

* Great communication skills – both verbal and written

* Customer-Focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent service

* Effective planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Ideally you will be 18th edition or similar

* 2391 inspection testing

* Full clean driving licence
