Job Description
GALENT are exclusively recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Property Bookkeeper & Client Accounts Specialist within the property management industry based in East Finchley, London.
Environment and benefits:
This is a fast-paced and dynamic property-focused business, offering a competitive salary between £34,000 - £40,000 depending on experience. With 30–35 days of holiday per year (including bank holidays), on-site parking, and potential for hybrid working (1-2 days from home), this role provides a supportive environment that encourages work-life balance.
You will take full ownership of client accounting, working with the CFO, property management, and maintenance teams. Key duties include daily reconciliations, managing payments, handling landlord statements, and providing financial reports. This role requires proactive arrears management and general financial accuracy.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Strong client or property accounting experience.
* Experience with Alto ERP (preferred).
* Familiarity with Xero (advantageous).
* Excellent organization, attention to detail, and proactive skills.
* Confidence in handling finance queries from senior management and the wider team.
