IT Field Engineer (Midlands/South East & Scotland)

Job Description
As a result of our clients expansion plans, and continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic IT Field Engineer to be based in South East region or Midlands area & an additonal Engineer to be based in Scotland. (2 positions available)
About the Role:
* Break/fix work as required
* Liaising extensively with external or internal clients
* Supporting new site rollouts
* Maintenance of equipment and infrastructure
* Undertaking installation work at new and existing sites
* Carrying out fault diagnosis and repair of existing installations
* Conducting site surveys
* Software and Hardware rollouts
* Company Van Services, Repairs and Faults
* IT Field Engineer Site Visit Report
Knowledge and Skills:
* IT Support/Break Fix experience
* Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
* Ability to work under own initiative
* Ability to manage multiple tasks
* Common Sense, Self Confidence and Business awareness
* The ability to learn quickly
* Ability to contribute to a team effort
* A logical approach to problem solving
* Good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail
* A methodical, investigative and inquisitive mind
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including building client rapport
* Someone who will be able to work under pressure
Personal Qualities and Attitudes
* A natural problem solver, with the ability to analyse and diagnose various issues
* Able to think outside the box to deliver a solution
* Full Clean UK driving License
