Job Description

Job Title: Data Migration Analyst

Location: Remote (travel to Birmingham a few times a month; potential US travel)

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Excellent Benefits

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Analyst to support the migration of data from legacy broker management systems to integrated platforms. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams across the UK and Ireland, with occasional travel to Birmingham and potential opportunities for US-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Migrate data from broker management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, Acturis) to new platforms.
Extract, map, and validate data using tools like Excel, SQL, and Alteryx.
Collaborate with onboarding brokerages and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Lead data reviews, resolve migration issues, and ensure on-time completion.
Support project milestones and liaise with vendors for bespoke tooling requirements.What We're Looking For:

Strong experience with broker management systems such as Applied Epic or Acturis.
Proven track record in data migration and system implementation projects.
Advanced skills in data tools (SQL, Alteryx, Excel).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
