Job Description
My client is looking for a Senior Engineer for a new industrial scheme in Feltham which will be commencing in the second week of January.
Scheme is circa £10m and is a new build industrial unit.
* Setting out / Surveying
* Value Engineering the design with the team looking at potential savings
* Monitor the Engineering team ensuring quality is met
* Take off of materials and ordering to site for use
* nput into planning including short term maps
* nputs into site safety
* Management of Sub Contractors
* Material Reconciliations for bulk orders
Rate
* £350 - £400pd - rate negotiable depending on whether you have your own instruments or not.
Requirements
* CSCS
* Access to car and full uk licence
