Assistant Site Manager

About the role of Assistant Site Manager

As an assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in overseeing day to day operations and help ensure the project is completed on time and to the highest standards while meeting weekly targets.

Work closely with the Site Manager to coordinate trades and subcontractors
Monitor progress and quality control
Promote a safe working environment
Support in managing resources and site logistics
Help troubleshoot issues and contribute to problem solving

Requirements for Site Manager

CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid
Proven Experience as an Assistant Site Manager or a similar role in the residential sector
Excellent communication skills
A proactive approach with strong organisational and time management abilities
Familiarity with NHBC and H&S
Eagerness to learn and grow
What's on offer:

Salary on offer £35,000 to £48,000
