Role Overview As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing projects that drive client success. The ideal candidate will be confident working with technical teams and adept at managing client relationships to meet project objectives. Key Responsibilities : - Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness. Ensure the alignment of technical outcomes with client goals. - Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Qualifications and Skills : - Education: A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences. - Technical Coordination: Experience or comfort in working with technical teams and understanding project components at a high level. - Client-Focused: A proactive approach to client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. - Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Problem-Solving: Adept at analysing situations and offering practical, effective solutions. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, JIRA) and familiarity with software development processes is a plus.
