Our busy Sales & Distribution client in the Dungannon area require a Finance Administratorto join their team. Permanent, Monday Friday - Competitive salary discussed at interview stage They require a pleasant, outgoing and self-motivated person to fill the above vacancy in our fast-paced office environment. The Candidate must have the following: A minimum of 5 GCSE grade C & above including Maths and English (Or Equivalent) An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Office Knowledge of sage, workpal or equivalent . 2 3 years experience in a similar role Good communication skills, written and verbal Good organisational and time management skills Discretion Accuracy and good attention to detail A flexible attitude to their job as periodically, strict deadlines need to be met A pleasant and professional attitude to customers and colleagues Finance Office Administrator Responsibilities: Proficient in sage accounts Reconciliation Invoicing Payment runs Account preparation ( for Accountants) Payroll ( if possible) General Finance based support Provide general support to other members of the admin team Skills: Accounts Admin Finance Admin Benefits: Paid Holidays Parking Pension Fund
