Electrical Control Panel Builder Hours: 8am to 5pm (overtime available) Key Responsibilities: Build and wire MCC control panels and components. Assemble and test electrical parts per engineering drawings. Modify electrical enclosures as needed. Workshop-based with occasional site work. Ensure timely and quality production. Requirements: 5 GCSEs (including English & Maths at C or above). Experience in building control panels. Strong communication, organizational skills, and reliability. Ability to read electrical schematics and work independently or in a team. Skills: Panel wiring, crimping, soldering, wire-stripping. Experience with electrical schematics.
