Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join a large nationwide law firm with several offices across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated IT professional to contribute to a high-performing team, ensuring the robust operation and continuous improvement of the firm's IT infrastructure.
Infrastructure Engineer
Glasgow City Centre/Hybrid
£35,000 - £45,000
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to maintain seamless IT operations.
Manage and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement system upgrades and new technologies.
Oversee user account management and security configurations in Active Directory.
Support hybrid work solutions, assisting with remote access and connectivity.
Document best practices and IT procedures for efficiency and knowledge sharing.Required Technical Skills:
Expertise in Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory.
Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Solid understanding of networking (routers, switches, firewalls).
Strong problem-solving skills for complex IT issues.
Experience with cloud services like Azure is a plus.What's On Offer:
