Responsibilities
* Manage the team to ensure reliability and productivity of equipment.
* Focus on continuous improvement, looking at asset reliability and break down root cause analysis
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant industry requirements
* Lead and manage the maintenance team
* Ensure the team use reliability centred maintenance approaches such as predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance, root cause failure analysis, condition-based maintenance, failure modes and effects analysis
Requirements
* FMCG Manufacturing experience
* Management experience
* Understanding of health and safety regulations
* PLC Experience
