My client is a leading charitable organisation based in central London seeking an interim Financial Controller to bolster their finance team on an initial 12-months temporary basis with a strong opportunity to get extended.
The main responsibilities of the interim Financial Controller are:
Managing the transactions team.
To help improve the finance function and improve efficiency within the transactions team.
Preparing and presenting financial statements, reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsible for the financial controls and Processes in place currently and where to improve.My client is looking for:
A qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Experience in working in the Charity is essential.
Success in managing and developing a team.
Experience in working with transactions teams and managing them on a daily basis.
My client can offer a flexible approach to working, with 2 days a week going into the office based in central London and the rest working remotely. There is also a strong opportunity for this role to get extended or go permanent.
