Key Responsibilities:

* Sell high-quality products to the architectural and construction sectors.

* Focus on generating and managing specifications with architects, design studios, developers, contractors, and installers.

* Split role: 80% new business development, 20% account management.

* Oversee projects of varying sizes, from design phase to on-site installation.

* Conduct CPD seminars as needed and maintain a strong project pipeline.

* Use CRM systems for reporting and analysis.

* Network with key decision-makers to drive brand recognition.

* Stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities.

* Ensure accurate, timely reporting on all business activities.

Personal Attributes:

* Experience in specification sales with architects and specifiers.

* Background in selling high-value or technical products to contractors.

* Strong existing relationships with architect practices preferred.

* Excellent people skills, clear communicator, and strong negotiator.

* Well-presented, punctual, and highly organized.

* Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to achieve results.

* Comfortable working autonomously with a disciplined project management approach.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Strong verbal, written, and numerical skills.

* Prior experience in a similar sales environment.

* Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting.

* Knowledge of the residential, hospitality, and commercial markets is desirable.
