As the Production/Process Improvement Engineer
Analysis of current techniques, products and processes.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions.
Maintaining accurate records and reporting on activity areas.
Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operation flow.
Profile
The successful Production/Process Improvement Engineer should have:
Worked in a similar position within manufacturing, ideally in a composites or plastics environment.
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Strong knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency with computer software, including CAD.
Job Offer
Hourly rate outside IR35 c£30-40.
3-6 month project.
Onsite with flexibility on working hours
