Project Manager (Agile, DevOps, Telecom)
My client are experiencing a surge in exciting projects, and as a result are expanding their team. They are looking to bring on a Project Manager to help manage the growing workload and support the project delivery. They are a challenger within their market and are successfully competing with many household names and being recognised by industry awards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination: Work closely with the Programme Manager, Agile teams, and team leads to review progress on current projects, identify blockers, and ensure timelines are met.
* Agile Methodologies: Manage projects using Agile methodologies, collaborating with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with sprint goals and project objectives.
* DevOps Support: Oversee and coordinate the use of DevOps tools and practices, working with the team to streamline development, testing, and deployment workflows.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience with Agile Teams: Proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
* Familiarity with Software Teams: Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to work closely with development and software teams.
* DevOps Knowledge: Experience working in DevOps environments, understanding the integration of development and operations, and supporting teams with tools and workflows.
