My client is an innovative and specialist engineering solutions provider for the agricultural industry sector. They are seeking a Product Support Specialist to diagnose faults with products, provide technical solutions to customers, provide product information to customers and assist with continuous improvement projects.

Product Support Specialist Responsibilities;

• Liaise with customers and assist with their enquiries
• Diagnose faults and provide technical support for in-field products
• Assist with continuous improvement projects
• Develop installation instructions to improve customer clarity
• Provide technical support regarding all aspects of the product line

Product Support Specialist Requirements;

• Previous experience in a Technical Support/Product Specialist position would be beneficial
• Experience with using MRP software in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Must be a team player
• Must have a UK Driving Licence and Valid Passport for travel
• Willing to travel to sites to understand the installation process

This Product Support Specialist opportunity is based in Ledbury and is commutable from Malvern, Hereford, Tewkesbury and Ross-on-Wye.
