Location: Remote
Salary: Flexible dept on exp
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Quantitative Researcher to join our clients dynamic Insight team. Working alongside talented professionals in a creative environment, the role of Quantitative Research will involve:
Questionnaire Design: Create and implement survey methodologies, including quota and sampling frameworks.
Data Processing: Manage online fieldwork, data processing, and analysis using various software packages.
Insight Delivery: Present insights and recommendations to clients, highlighting value and opportunities within their commercial context.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide timely and accurate responses to client queries, offering clear research designs and actionable insights.
Team Collaboration: Engage with internal teams to share insights and support decision-making processes.
Proposal Development: Work with account directors and project managers to shape innovative research proposals. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience: Proven experience in market research or a related field, with a strong background in agency or client-side roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, DisplayR/Q, Python, and familiarity with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to dig deep into data to uncover insights and present them in a compelling way.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively share findings with colleagues and clients.
A genuine interest in personal development and staying at the forefront of quantitative research innovation
