Job Description

Are you a proactive Graduate with at least 2 years of Compliance experience in the banking sector?

Are you looking for an exciting position with progression and development within a global commercial bank?

I'm currently partnered with an international corporate bank who are hiring a 'Junior Compliance Assistant' within their small team based in London.

Offering up to £30,000 (MAX), and an interesting benefits package including annual leave, private medical, dental, discretionary bonus, and an opportunity to undertake relevant qualifications (paid for by the business).

Please note this role is based full time in the office, 5 days pw, and there's no flexibility on this.

This role is perfect for someone looking to

  • Develop their regulatory compliance career and experience and ensure processes are carried out in line with current regulations.
  • Undertake Compliance Monitoring and compliance reporting.
  • Assist in compliance training across the business and engage / build relationships with key stakeholders.

Ideally you will be or have.

  • A compliance background, and at least 2 years' experience within, ideally a 'Banking' or 'Investment banking', a financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance reviews and FCA policies and advising on Compliance issues.
  • Ideally an exposure banking regulatory compliance policy in the UK, (bonus if you have knowledge of trade-finance ).
