Job Description
A specialist Chartered Surveying and Construction Consultancy are looking for a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join their West Midlands based team.
The Quantity Surveyors' role
In this role, the Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to a variety of high-profile projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructure, providing the ideal platform for both project diversity and professional development.
Initially, the Quantity Surveyor will immerse themselves in a delivery focused role, with a focus on further developing this consultancies project portfolio.
You'll be responsible for providing services including cost control & cost planning, bills of quantities, financial reporting, insurance valuations and value engineering.
Long-term, the successful Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility such as business development and team leadership, with the long-term progression in place to reach Senior levels.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will ideally be a career-driven individual who's eager to get stuck into a long-term opportunity.
BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying
MRICS or close to APC completion
Both pre & post contract experience
Varied project experience would be beneficialWhat's on offer?
