Job Description
We have an immediately available role for a main contractor’s Quality Assurance Manager with a Reading-based Tier One Builder whose broad project portfolio includes schools, R&D facilities, student accommodation projects and wind farms.
The role covers two main areas of activity; auditing the compliance of construction procedures and undertaking site inspections throughout London and the Home Counties.
The Opportunity
* Taking over an existing role that has been brought about by the current incumbent progressing to a national position.
* High profile, £30m+ major projects.
* A stable pipeline of prestigious landmark projects.
Candidate Essentials
* A background of building sector main contracting, the position would suit candidates from a construction management background.
* Auditing certificate preferred.
* Proven technical abilities; reading engineering drawings and associated documents.
We are hoping to achieve a start this side of Christmas so interviews are available from w/c 18th November and salary is a competitive £70k to £80k + package
