Finance Assistant
Falkirk (Hybrid)
£26,500
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
Allocating daily bank entries
Reconciling daily credit card batches
Processing cheques, supplier payments, and customer refunds
Ensure strict adherence to cash policies to minimise errors
Collaborate with colleagues across departments, contributing to a flexible, positive team culture
Promote company values and objectives effectively
Take ownership of personal development and present confidently to senior management
What You'll Need:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
