About the Role:

In this role, you'll be working closely with a male client who has Autism, ADHD, a learning disability & Tourette's syndrome. We're looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about providing person-centred care, helping our client lead a fulfilling life. Our client is intelligent, enjoys humour, and is looking to build a warm relationship to achieve personal goals, especially in areas like building his independence.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with daily activities
• Providing personal care prompts.
• Monitoring medication and finances.
• Offering emotional support, companionship, and encouragement.
• Promoting independence.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes in the client's condition.
• Collaborating with other professionals involved in the client's care.

Working Hours:

• Early Shift: 07:30 - 14:45
• Late Shift: 14:45 - 21:30

Weekday and weekend shifts are available.
