Product manager

Product Manager - RecTech - London (Hybrid) - £70,000

Product Manager required to join a RecTech scale up based in London. Reporting to the Head of Product you will help drive the development of the platform whilst ensuring alignment between business objectives and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Head of Product on prioritisation, providing data-driven insights on user needs and technical feasibility to inform roadmap decisions.
• Independently query and analyse data to validate hypotheses and identify opportunities. Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs including user engagement, feature adoption, and customer feedback.
• Support sprint planning, manage the product backlog, and ensure tickets are well-defined for development. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery that aligns with business goals.

Your Profile

• 2+ years in product management with proven ability to deliver user-centred products in fast-moving environments.
• Strong data skills (SQL, analytics tools) with ability to understand technical constraints and communicate concepts across different audiences.
• Experience conducting user research and writing clear product specifications, with proficiency in standard product tools (Figma, JIRA).
