Assistant Store Manager

Assisting and deputising for the Store Manager in all aspects of the smooth running of the store in order to achieve sales and cost targets e.g:

-ensuring sufficient resource in store

-implementing marketing and promotional strategies/activities

-ensuring employees are trained in H&S procedures

Providing excellent levels of customer care by greeting and assisting customers with their product selection, advising on suitability and the care and use of our products.

Maximising the sales potential and profitability of the store by actively promoting our products using company sales techniques.

Participating in stocktake and receiving/sorting deliveries.

Liaising with internal stakeholders as required.

Assisting with recording of business performance figures.

Ensuring the store is opened/closed according to Company and Centre Management security policy.
