We are March the UKs leading provider of critical engineering services. Our expertise as a multi-disciplinary engineering partner across infrastructure, process and digital services has led to long term partnerships with leading organisations in everything from food and drink and utilities to high-security industries such as defence, aerospace and nuclear.
A new opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Administrator to provide support to the Procurement department and to support the Procurement Manager in achieving business objectives. This role also require that the candidate become a super user for our internal systems. (IFS)
Key Responsibilities
Processing purchase orders.
Setting up new suppliers
Resolving invoice & delivery queries.
Progressing material orders.
Receiving and dealing with external calls
General office duties
Attending training workshops
Supporting colleagues embed into new system
Maintaining and developing training documentation
Confidently deliver one on one and virtual assistance upon system go-live
Logging issues, complaints and defaults and reporting back
Testing the new system, based on defined scenarios
Collaborating with different departments to find new efficiencies
Skills and Experience
Ability to follow Procurement Processes
Good IT skills including Word and Excel, experience in various ERP systems preferred
Able to communicate effectively at all levels, confidently deliver one on one training
Able to manage internal customer relationships
Able to self-motivate
Has well-developed problem-solving skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Specific Qualifications
Clean driving license and own transport travel to other offices may be required
Previous experience within a busy office environment
