Due to organisational growth, we are seeking a Team Manager to join our busy upgrades team.
Acting as first point of contact for the effective management of a team of engineers, including managing the team P & L, co-ordination of Health & Safety, meeting reporting requirements and leading the team to deliver both team and business objectives.
* Manage a team including monitoring attendance, sickness absence and annual leave
* Schedule workload for the team
* Provision of technical advice and guidance
* Co-ordinate and manage site health & safety for the team including production and compliance with RAMS
* Financial management including responsibility for P & L
* Production of reports
* Conduct monthly team meetings
* Ensure continuous improvement within the team
* Manage the development of trainees and apprentices
Suitable candidates will possess excellent leadership skills gained from either BMS or Engineering, M & E, HVAC, Air conditioning or Hard Services industry. A minimum 3 years experience is essential.
Knowledge of Trend and/or Honeywell products a distinct advantage.
Travel to customer sites on a regular basis
