M&E Site Manager

Job Description
Overview: We are seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to oversee all mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems for a high-rise residential apartment project. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing M&E works on large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Lead and coordinate M&E installations, ensuring alignment with design, budgets, and timelines.
* Health & Safety: Enforce compliance with safety regulations, carrying out risk assessments and ensuring a safe site environment.
* Procurement: Manage M&E material procurement, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use.
* Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for the client on-site, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
* Team Leadership: Supervise the on-site M&E team, including subcontractors, ensuring smooth collaboration.
* Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets required standards and specifications.
* Reporting: Maintain site documentation and provide regular progress, financial, and risk reports to senior management.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience in M&E project management, with a focus on high-rise residential or large commercial developments.
* Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
* Strong understanding of M&E systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety).
* Health and safety certifications such as SMSTS, NEBOSH are preferred.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
