What you will be doing as the Project Engineer for our client:
Reporting to the Heavy Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and supporting maintenance projects. Your responsibilities as a Project Engineer will include:
• Adhering to and continuously improving project processes as outlined in our internal maintenance documentation.
• Coordinating start/end-of-shift processes and providing necessary support.
• Ensuring all technical documentation is up-to-date and available for the production team.
• Conducting toolbox talks and delivering single-point lessons as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
What you need to succeed in this Project Engineer opportunity:
• A City & Guilds/BTEC certificate in Engineering or an equivalent NVQ Level 3 qualification.
• Experience in a project engineering role is desirable.
• Understanding of mechanical and technical systems is desirable.
• Familiarity with maintenance or overhaul processes is essential.
