WHAT TO EXPECT
We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our manufacturing operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained across our product range.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive process improvement initiatives across the production floor, identifying opportunities to optimise cost, quality, scrap reduction and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to identify and resolve production issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any process-related issues.
Support production team through process stabilization and improvements
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and suggest improvements.
Support the introduction of new products and processes, ensuring smooth transitions from concept to full-scale production.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering) or equivalent experience.
Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within automotive, aerospace or a foundry Industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience of contributing to multiple tasks and projects whilst managing small teams
Ability to work using Microsoft Office and CAD software
Current, valid driving licence
