Job Description
Join our clients' team as a Heavy Line Product Sales Specialist, where you will play a vital role in promoting and selling a range of Heavy Line products. This role focuses on building lasting relationships with a diverse customer base, from small enterprises to large corporations and government bodies, delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong, positive relationships with customers, both remotely and in-person, to understand and support their business needs.
Document insights on customer requirements to ensure a thorough understanding of their operational goals.
Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for Power Generation and Access product sales using dedicated software systems, including options for:
· Service and maintenance contracts.
· Attachments specific to application and machinery needs.
· Financing and insurance solutions.
· Conduct comprehensive evaluations for Power Generation and Access part-exchange units.
· Complete and verify full specifications and attachments for all orders, capturing all relevant customer information.
· Provide on-site demonstrations and installations, ensuring customers are confident and satisfied with product functionality.
· Increase Power Generation and Access sales and profitability in line with company objectives.
· Oversee customer account statuses and manage payment collections effectively.
· Maintain open lines of communication within the business and with external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
· Accurately complete administrative tasks in a timely manner to support sales operations.
Essential Skills:
· Strong commercial awareness and adept problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to align with customer purchasing decisions and anticipate needs.
· Proven experience in waste and recycling.
· Proven experience in sales planning, forecasting, and effective sales questioning techniques.
· Demonstrated success in consultative sales.
Desirable Experience:
· Track record of sales within the construction or a related sector.
Personal Attributes:
· Team-oriented, with an ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
· Quality-focused, trustworthy, and a reliable timekeeper.
· Capable of working independently, multitasking, and managing customer demands efficiently.
