Senior Systems Engineer - Enterprise Security

We're seeking a passionate and highly skilled Sr. Systems Engineer to join our Enterprise team in Mumbai or Pune. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting large enterprise clients by providing expertise in Apple security solutions and driving successful deployments within their organizations. Responsibilities : - Advise on technical solutions for enterprise IT transformation, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Apple security best practices. - Collaborate with clients to identify their business needs, challenges, and security requirements. - Design and architect security strategies for Apple deployments, ensuring alignment with client objectives. - Deeply understand and articulate Apple's layered security approach, emphasizing its commitment to user privacy and data protection. - Demonstrate expertise in deploying and managing Apple platforms within large organizations, leveraging Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Apple Business Manager (ABM) for efficient device enrollment, configuration, and app distribution. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to enterprise deployments, encompassing network protocols, wireless standards, authentication methods, and Apple Push Notification Service (APNS). - Collaborate with account teams to define clear and measurable steps for overcoming technical challenges and enhancing client readiness for Apple deployments. - Deliver compelling presentations, effectively conveying technical information and product advantages to both executive and technical audiences. - Stay abreast of industry trends in enterprise security and Apple's evolving security solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5-10 years of experience in a technical consultative engineering role, preferably within the enterprise IT space. - Proven track record of advising on technical solutions for large enterprise business transformations. - Strong understanding of enterprise security technologies, including Active Directory, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure). - In-depth knowledge of Apple security frameworks and best practices, with the ability to architect secure deployments for client environments. - Expertise in deploying and managing Apple platforms (iOS, macOS) within large organizations using MDM and ABM. - Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), wireless standards (802.11x, WPA2), and authentication methods (RADIUS, EAP). - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor technical information for diverse audiences. - Active listening skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and clients (ref:hirist.tech)
