TrueTech - Senior Java Developer - Spring/Hibernate

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of scalable and robust applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development, expertise in frameworks like Spring MVC and Hibernate, and hands-on experience with CAP and CPI. Roles and Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Java applications. - Work on CAP (Cloud Application Programming), ensuring efficient cloud-based solutions. -Implement and enhance application frameworks using Spring MVC, Hibernate, Struts, and J2EE. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Utilize CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) for seamless integration between applications. - Write clean, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices. - Optimize application performance and scalability. - Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and post-deployment. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and provide recommendations for process improvements. Skills and Qualifications Required : - 4-8 years of experience in Java development. - Strong proficiency in Java and frameworks like Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Struts. - Hands-on experience with J2EE for building robust enterprise applications. - Proven experience with CAP (Cloud Application Programming) is mandatory. - Solid knowledge and practical experience in CPI (Cloud Platform Integration). - Familiarity with BTP (Business Technology Platform) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders (ref:hirist.tech)
